After getting normal embryos from IVF, implantation remains the last barrier for conceiving successfully. The endometrium becomes more important to identify and treat to improve chances for success. Some factors affecting the endometrial cavity include uterine fibroids, uterine scarring, adenomyosis or other implantation issues. Knowing how these conditions affect implantation and addressing them directly may improve the chances for conceiving and delivering.
