About this Talk

Getting a Diminished Ovarian Reserve diagnosis is devastating. It can rock your world to hear that you don't have any eggs left. And if you're of advanced maternal age, you're told that the eggs you have are likely of poor quality. I overcame a severe DOR diagnosis, "undetectable" egg supply and a less than 2% prediction that I'd conceive with my own eggs to do just that, after just a year of trying, without doing IVF, all a month before my 43rd birthday. I found the needle in the haystack – that "one good egg" – by following an integrative health program that I designed myself, and learning how to find my own empowered voice to be an equal partner with my fertility doctor in my care. In this talk you'll learn the truths and myths around diminished ovarian reserve, and I'll give you the exact blueprint that I followed to overcome the odds.
