We have been lead to believe that as we age, so do our eggs and there's nothing we can do about that. However, we now know, that it's not so much that we have 'older eggs' but that our follicles are developing in an older body. In fact most of the chromosomal changes which determine the quality and viability of our eggs, only occur during the 90 days before ovulation.
